Refunds & Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• Free of damage, stains, or odors

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, TideHaus will cover return shipping or issue a replacement at no additional cost.
